Canceling an Album Order during the Upload Process

If you need to make changes to your album after the upload process has started, you can cancel the order and make your edits before resubmitting.

To cancel an upload in progress:

1. Click the Cancel button while the album/spreads are uploading

.      2. A confirmation window will appear in SmartAlbums confirming the upload has been canceled

3. The order status will also update to "Canceled" on the browser page

What happens after canceling:

• The upload stops immediately
• Your album remains saved in SmartAlbums with all your current edits
• No charges are processed for the canceled order
• You can make additional changes and resubmit when ready

Important notes:

• You can cancel at any point during the upload process
• Once canceled, you'll need to resubmit the order after making your changes.
