Ordering Albums on SmartAlbums
You can order albums from QT Albums (U.S.) and QT Albums (Europe) directly from SmartAlbums after completing your design.
Before you begin:
- Ensure you have SmartAlbums version 2025.6.0 or later installed
- Complete your album design
To order your album:
- Click Export in SmartAlbums
- In the export window, click Order Album, then Select options
- SmartAlbums will automatically upload your album spreads and open a browser tab for customization
Choose your album options.
In the browser window, select your preferences:
- Cover type, material, and color
- Paper options
- Cover upgrades
- Presentation box
- Extra copies
- Debossing features
- Rush order (if needed)
- Special instructions for the lab
The right side shows your order summary with options to proceed to checkout or cancel.
4. Click Proceed to Checkout
5. Enter your payment details and select your shipping method
6. Click Pay to complete your order
6. Once paid, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page (as seen below), and you will receive an email confirming the order.
After ordering:
Once payment is complete:
- You'll be redirected to an order confirmation page
- An email confirmation will be sent to you
- Your order number will be displayed on the confirmation page
- You can print the invoice for your records
