How to Log out from an account on SmartAlbums
1. Logging out from an active Trial Account or an account with an active Subscription.
If SmartAlbums 2025.3.1 is installed, you can log out of an active trial account on SmartAlbums if you want to activate the software using a different email with an active subscription. To do this, you can click on Help > Log Out.
You can then click on the Log In With Browser button and follow the steps outlined here to activate SmartAlbums using the correct email.
When you reactivate the software using your new email, the screen below will appear:
2. Logging out from an account with an expired trial
You can also log out of an account with an expired trial and log in using an account/email with an active subscription by clicking on the Log Out button in the login window seen below:
Note: Please make sure to properly save all albums being worked on before starting the log-out process to avoid loss of progress on the projects.
