Cloud Proofing: Publishing issue

If you are logged out of your Cloud Proofing account and attempt to publish an album in Pixellu SmartAlbums, the following message will appear: "You are currently not logged in to Cloud Proofing. Please login and upload the album again." 

Solution

  1. Log into Cloud Proofing via your web browser.
  2. In the list of albums shown in your account, hover over the album that you need to publish and click on the gear icon that appears.
  3. Select View latest draft in the dropdown menu.
  4. Choose Publish in the album view.
