High-DPR screens on Windows
Some high-DPR screens may have trouble displaying Pixellu SmartAlbums properly. To ensure that the software is displayed properly, we can suggest the following:
Always keep Windows up-to-date
Although Windows should periodically check for updates automatically, you can learn how to check for updates on your machine manually here to ensure that your software is always up-to-date.
Allow Windows to fix the app automatically
If SmartAlbums is appearing blurry on your machine, a Fix apps that are blurry? prompt should appear on Windows. Once this prompt appears, choose Yes, open Settings and select Apply to resolve the issue:

If this prompt does not appear, simply open the Start menu and go to Settings > System > Display > Advanced scaling settings. Then, you can turn on the Let Windows try to fix apps so they’re not blurry option to enable this feature manually:
