Error message: "Current album layout is different from album company specifications"

Some album companies require their albums to begin and end with a full spread, while others need a single page at the beginning and end of the album. If you try to export an album that does not begin or end properly, you will see a message similar to this one:

1. Right-click on either the empty area of the first/last layout or the grey bar at the top of any spread. 

2. Choose  Convert to...
