You can request a refund within the first 30-days of purchase via email at support@pixellu.com. After the initial 30-day period has been completed, prorated refunds will not be issued.

Note: We can recommend trying the software before making a purchase, just to make sure that SmartAlbums is right for you before committing to a subscription. A free 14-day trial can be downloaded here.
