Refund policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a fair and straightforward refund policy.

Annual Plans

If you’ve purchased an annual plan and decide it’s not the right fit, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. After the initial 30-day period has been completed, prorated refunds will not be issued. Renewals are not eligible for refunds.

Monthly Plans

For monthly plans, you have a 7-day window from your purchase date to request a refund. After the initial 7-day period has been completed, prorated refunds will not be issued. Renewals are not eligible for refunds.

We’ll process your refund as quickly as possible. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
