Canceling or Switching your subscription
Switching Plans
- Monthly and Yearly plans can be switched to any other plan at any time. If you’d like to learn how you can upgrade your already existing subscription, see our articles here: SmartAlbums | SmartSlides | Galleries
Note: While switching between single-product plans (SmartAlbums, SmartSlides, or Galleries) is possible, switching from the All Apps Bundle is not possible within your Pixellu Account. If you'd like to switch from our All Apps Bundle, please email us at support@pixellu.com.
Canceling Plans
- Your plan will renew automatically on your renewal date until you cancel
- Cancel functionality is available within your Pixellu Account under the Subscriptions + Billing section by clicking on your subscription and selecting Cancel Subscription
- Upon cancellation, your plan will continue to stay active until the end of the current billing period and will automatically cancel on the renewal date.
Please note that canceling a plan does not automatically grant a refund.
To request a refund, you must do so within the specified timeframe:
- Annual Plans: 30 days from the initial purchase date
- Monthly Plans: 7 days from the initial purchase date
