Images or Folders are failing to upload in Pixellu Galleries
Images
There can be a few different reasons why your images may be failing to upload to Pixellu Galleries. If you're having trouble with your upload, check the following:
- Ensure that your images meet these minimum requirements.
- Each Pixellu Galleries project can have a maximum of 2,000 image files. If you reach this limit, additional images will fail to upload.
- A single image file cannot be uploaded into your gallery project more than once. Ensure that you are not uploading duplicate image files.
- Check to see that your internet connection is in good shape. We recommend having an upload speed of over 10 MBPS. You can test your network's upload speed here.
Note: If you are using a Mac, the Select All shortcut (command + a) may not always select all of the images in your folder due to an OS issue. If you see that only some of your selected images are uploading while using that shortcut, we suggest to scroll all the way to the bottom of the folder before using the shortcut to ensure that all files are selected.
Sections
Pixellu Galleries allows you to upload folders of images to your galleries, which will automatically create Sections within the software. Each gallery is limited to 20 sections. If you are attempting to upload over 20 folders, an error message will appear during upload notifying you that the limit has been reached.
Note: Folders can only be uploaded to Pixellu Galleries by dragging/dropping the files into the software.
