Canceling your subscription

Canceling Plans

  • Your plan will renew automatically on your renewal date until you cancel
  • Cancel functionality is available within your Pixellu Account under the Subscriptions + Billing section by clicking on your subscription and selecting Cancel Subscription

  • Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will automatically be canceled on the renewal date.

Please note that canceling a plan does not automatically grant a refund.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within the specified timeframe:

  • Annual Plans: 30 days from the initial purchase date. 
  • Monthly Plans: 7 days from the initial purchase date.

Renewals are not eligible for refunds.
