Canceling your subscription

Annual Plans: 30 days from the initial purchase date.&nbsp;
Monthly Plans: 7 days from&nbsp;the &nbsp;initial &nbsp;purchase date.

Canceling Plans

Your plan will renew automatically on your renewal date until you cancel
Cancel functionality is available within your Pixellu Account under the Subscriptions + Billing section by clicking on your subscription and selecting Cancel Subscription

Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will automatically be canceled on the renewal date.

Please note that canceling a plan does not automatically grant a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within the specified timeframe:
