Gallery related emails

There are a few email notifications you, clients, and visitors may receive in relation to a gallery. They are described below:

Gallery Welcome Email

This email will only be sent to privileged clients, which have more permissions within the gallery. This email will contain the gallery link, download pin, and password (if applicable).

Hidden Images

If a privileged client has hidden images within the gallery, an email will be sent notifying you of those hidden images. 

Email Address Removal

If a client or visitor has removed their email address from the gallery, you will receive an email notifying you about the removed email address.

Email Address Registration

If a client or visitor has registered their email address within the gallery, they will receive an email confirmation informing them that their email address has been successfully registered.

Note: Only applicable if email registration is enabled within the gallery settings and for privileged clients.

Email Address Verification

When a privileged client or visitor would like to view the gallery, they would need to register their email beforehand. Upon viewing the gallery, they will receive an email requesting them to verify their email address. Once verified, they will then be able to continue viewing the gallery and will have the ability to select favorites.

Note: Only applicable if email registration is enabled within the gallery settings and for privileged clients.

Downloading All Images

If a client or viewer would like to download all images within the gallery, they will receive an email notifying them that the download is being prepared and a second email will be sent once it's ready to be downloaded.

Favorited Images 

Once a client or viewer has submitted their favorite images, you will receive an email notifying you of this action. Additionally, the client/viewer will also receive a confirmation email notifying them that their list of favorites was successfully submitted.

Downloading Favorited Images

If you would like to download the favorited images that a client or visitor has submitted, you will receive an email with the download link once it has been prepared.  

Changes to Favorites

If a client or visitor has added or removed images to their list of favorites after submitting, you will receive an email notifying you about these changes.

Unsent Changes

If a client or visitor has made any adjustments to their list of favorited images but has not submitted them, they will receive a reminder email 24 hours after making those changes.
